Sharon moved to Bloomington in 2010, from Pittsburgh, to be with her husband, Mark, who is a life long resident of Bloomington. Sharon always had great interests in real estate her whole life, before finally acting on her life’s calling and becoming a REALTOR. She loved walking and driving around the unique neighborhoods, while staying informed on each home that is listed and sold. She also loves remodeling as she remodeled two homes in Pittsburgh before moving to Bloomington and remodeling her current home. While looking for a home in Bloomington, she was introduced to Peggy Robertson a colleague of Mark’s. Peggy owned Morrow REALTORS, the oldest independent real estate company in Bloomington. Peggy worked tirelessly to find the perfect home for Sharon and Mark in a short time period. Peggy finally found the ideal home, on the southeast side of Bloomington that fit their needs to a tee! Keeping in close touch with Peggy, a few years after the move, Sharon obtained her real estate license as she found Bloomington a special place that she called home and wanted to work with customers to help them buy and sell real estate! Peggy held Sharon’s license with Morrow REALTORS and the two kept in close contact through the years as Sharon offered up technology guidance for Peggy.
Sharon’s background was full of years and years of customer service experience, leading software implementation teams for start-up companies that grew so successfully that they were acquired. Sharon knew that real estate was something that she could have fun at as she loved to interact with people, teach, guide and project manage! In the summer of 2019, Peggy learned she had terminal cancer. Peggy asked Sharon to take over her business as she wanted Morrow REALTORS to live on and to continue to be a successful real estate business. This was both an honor and heart-wrenching, all at the same time. Sharon gladly accepted the opportunity to carry on in Peggy’s footsteps to keep Morrow REALTORS going as she had built a wonderful real estate firm. Peggy later passed away in August of 2019. Sharon carries on Morrow REALTORS with the same level of customer service, pride and care that Peggy provided her customers, and is excited to be your REALTOR to help you buy or sell your home!
